Geoptimizer measures brand visibility in AI-generated answers. To do that we process the minimum data needed: your account details, the brands and prompts you configure, and the AI answers we retrieve on your behalf. We do not sell personal data, and we use cookieless, privacy-first analytics on our marketing pages.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, and authentication credentials (passwords are hashed; Google sign-in shares only your basic profile).
- Workspace data: brands, domains, prompts, competitors, and scan results you create.
- Billing data: handled entirely by Stripe — card details never touch our servers.
- Free-tool usage: the domain or URL you check and your IP address, kept for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
- Email addresses you optionally submit to receive a tool report.
How we use it
- To run scans against AI engine APIs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI) — your prompts are sent to those providers under their API terms.
- To send the emails you asked for: score digests, alerts, and tool reports.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Retention & deletion
Scan history is retained per your plan's history window. You can delete your account and workspace data at any time by contacting us; deletion removes your data from production systems within 30 days.
