Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Geoptimizer. By creating an account or using our free tools you agree to them. The short version: use the service honestly, pay for what you use, and understand that AI visibility measurements are statistical samples, not guarantees.

The service

Geoptimizer queries AI engines through their official APIs and reports how your brand appears in their answers. Scores are computed with our published methodology and depend on third-party systems we do not control; results are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Plan limits (prompts, scans, seats) are enforced automatically and described on the pricing page.
Billing is processed by Stripe under their terms.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas, including on free tools.
Do not use the service to audit or monitor sites you have no legitimate interest in.
Do not resell scan capacity outside an Agency plan workspace.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
